HOURS: Daytime & Evening Appointments Available!                           

RATES:  $100-$140 per session                                         

PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of service. All major forms of Credit Cards & Debit Cards accepted as well as cash, check & HSA.                                                                                                                          INSURANCE: Encounter Counseling Center is in-network with:

• United Health Care

• Cigna 

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Encounter Counseling Center is also considered an Out-of-Network provider with all other insurance companies. Check with your insurance company to see if they can reimburse you for counseling services.

CANCELLATION: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to your appointment.                                                                                           

FORMS: Forms will be emailed to you before your first session to fill out online before your first appointment.                               

EMERGENCIES: Encounter Counseling Center is not a 24 hour crisis center.  If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
